Hello.
I've decided to start a new blog.
Lucky you.
In the past I've tried repeatedly to start a blog, and in the end it became sporadic, pointless, and self-indulgent. Not that this one won't be self-indulgent, it will be about something culturally significant.
It is about a longing deep within my soul.
It is about sandwiches.
Hmmm.
I should step back a moment and explain: I love Sandwiches.
Love.
If it's got two pieces of breach surrounding a type of filler, whether it be meat, or vegetable, or dairy, or combination, or candy, I like a good sandwich.
This blog is about my search for the ultimate sandwich.
The sandwich that is so delicious it is a danger to my health and well being.
This blog is about....THE DANGER SANDWICH.
Every week on Wednesday, I will post a new review about a sandwich I have eaten anywhere in the world. I will accompany it with photos, descriptions, a rating system, and where you can find this sandwich to try for yourself.
I will also post recipes, photos, and even videos of my own sandwich creations for you to try at home.
I also ask that if you have any sandwiches or shops to recommend for me to try out, please leave messages in the comments, as I'm always on the lookout for my next experience.
Next week begins my first review. Please "follow" this blog or bookmark it for easy access and pass this on to other sandwich enthusiasts.
Now I take my first step towards finding the elusive DANGER SANDWICH.
I am so glad you're doing this blog especially because its about food! I have a few suggestions for you. You have to try pretty much any sandwich at Brents a jewish diner in Northridge off Corbin and Parthenia one of my favs is the french dip but people go crazy for the pastrami sandwich! also the chicken sandwich at Daglas off Winnetka in the valley, and dont forget to have their fries they come in a paper bag!! Let me now what you think

I can't wait to see the videos of you eating sandwiches. Will there be video of the aftermath too? Just don't listen to Sean's suggestions on where to eat, I hear he has bad taste in venues!
ReplyDeleteI love sandwiches too! This sounds like a lot of fun, I'll definitely be tuning in. I'll try any sandwich you put on here, depending on location of course. ;)
